On August 29, 2025, the relocation ceremony for Alibaba International Station’s East China Headquarters was grandly held in Shanghai. Yang Yuanjia, Chairman of SEPEPS Door Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., attended as a leading merchant and contracted lecturer representative, delivering a keynote address to witness this significant milestone alongside the Alibaba International Station team and industry partners.

In his address, Yang Yuanjia reflected on the over five-year collaboration between SEPPES Door Industry and Alibaba International Station. He shared the company’s transformation journey from domestic focus to global expansion, fully acknowledging the pivotal role Alibaba International Station has played in its brand’s overseas growth.

We both chose the fiery month of August to embark on new journeys—we are truly fellow travelers.”

He specifically mentioned that five years ago, just after signing with Alibaba International, the company faced the pandemic. Amidst uncertainty, an Alibaba account manager’s words—“The pandemic will reshape overseas purchasing habits; shifting from offline to online is the best opportunity”—awakened the team. Though skeptical at the time, SEPPES persisted in investing resources into operating the International Station platform, ultimately achieving a breakthrough in brand globalization from zero to one.

Defying the Trend: Foreign Trade Performance Surges Over 100% Year-on-Year in First Half

Yang Yuanjia disclosed the latest foreign trade figures at the ceremony: In the first half of 2025, SEPPES Door Industry achieved over 100% year-on-year growth in foreign trade performance, further validating the dual effectiveness of corporate strategy and platform dividends. He noted that one in every seven Fortune Global 500 companies now chooses SEPPES, thanks to years of collaboration with Alibaba International Station. “This is not only a triumph of data but also a victory of trust and strategic choice.”
