Examine the belt or rollers, side rails, supports and any space below the conveying surface. The lower closing detail and the wall-to-conveyor interfaces also deserve a drawing. Ask how the proposed arrangement closes around the transfer opening, which surfaces require cleaning, and which parts remain accessible for service.<\/p><p>The facility team should define the relevant cleanliness and pressure requirements for this boundary. Closed containers can be useful in a material-handling process, but passing a tote through a door does not clean its exterior or qualify its contents for entry.
