Opening speed is only one part of the cycle. Activation distance, the time needed to clear the opening, the hold-open setting and closing travel all affect how long the room boundary remains open.<\/p><p>Record a representative trolley route and a busy-period queue. Does the largest cart turn immediately after the doorway? Does a second operator keep the sensor active? Would a wider opening let the load pass cleanly, or simply leave more of the room boundary exposed?<\/p><p>Ask suppliers to demonstrate comparable conditions: the same clear opening, load, approach and required safety functions.
